Digital Equal Opportunity with Barrier-Free Access (A11Y)
With the principle that access to healthcare services should be equal for everyone, we have made our website accessible for visually impaired visitors at WAI-ARIA standards. We eliminated digital noise and access barriers for our guests using screen readers with the following technical steps:
- Blind Spot Clearance: We integrated
aria-hidden="true"commands into our HTML elements to prevent decorative icons added solely for visual purposes from being read by screen readers and causing confusion. - Main Content Navigation: To prevent our keyboard-using visitors from listening to the logo and menu from the beginning on every page, we placed

Working fully integrated with our web system, our new mobile application allows you to handle your hospital transactions with high security standards:
- Advanced Security (SMS OTP & Biometric Fallback): On our E-Appointment and E-Result screens, we perform SMS (OTP) device pairing via hardware ID at financial system standards; then, using the LocalAuth architecture, we provide secure login using your device's native Face ID or Touch ID sensors.
- Smart Device Optimization: Our application automatically detects whether the device is a smartphone or a tablet by calculating the physical pixel density (shortestSide). While the design is portrait-locked on phones, this lock is removed in our tablet version, offering a landscape usage and wide-screen experience.
- Multi-Language Support: Our system provides services in Turkish, English, and German (TR, EN, DE), offering convenience to our health tourism patients.
Your Data is Under Control with the "My Health Assistant" Module
Designed with Clean Architecture principles by isolating logic (Controller) and interface (UI), the My Health Assistant module safely stores all your data:
- Sensor Integration: By working integrated with your device's health sensors (Android Health Connect / Apple Health), it automatically records your activities such as steps and sleep.
- Manual Measurements and Archive: You can add your blood pressure, pulse, weight, and laboratory results, and if you wish, you can turn all your data into a PDF report with a single click and share it with your doctor.
- Autonomous Reminders: Thanks to the autonomous notification engine (Local Notifications) that works with the device's local TimeZone data even if there is no internet connection, your medication and appointment alarms are activated without missing a second.
All your health data and manual measurements are protected by high encryption methods on isolated servers and processed only under your control.
Power of the Kitchen: Strong Infrastructure and Industry Standards
Global standard engineering runs in the background of our system. Instead of ready-made CMS systems, we manage multi-language settings, HR applications, and event registrations from a single center with our in-house developed Omnichannel Management Panel. Thanks to its REST API (/api/v1/) infrastructure, this panel also feeds our mobile and tablet applications simultaneously.
While our website operates on an independently callable modular PHP infrastructure, LiteSpeed caching has been activated with .htaccess rules. All images are autonomously converted to "WebP" format via CDN, minimizing page load times (TTFB). In addition, search engine optimization has been completed with Schema.org markups in dynamic JSON-LD format, Canonical URLs, and Hreflang multi-language tags for search engines. On the application side, organic app store performance is supported with the survey mechanism (Survey Bottom Sheet) presented after successful transactions.
