Nursing Services
Upon your admission, an initial consultation will be held one-on-one with you in our ward. During this meeting, a personalized care and treatment plan tailored to your health condition will be created. You will be monitored by your assigned nurses throughout your stay. Your nurses will be your primary point of contact for all matters related to your recovery process.
Medical Monitoring and Doctor Services
A doctor's visit takes place once a day, and your nurse will also be present during this visit. We adopt an open and transparent communication approach. Please do not hesitate to ask questions or express any concerns you may have.
Room Service
Our room service team will accompany you during your stay; they will provide information about the room amenities, assist with menu selection, and serve your meals and beverages. We believe that feeling comfortable and well contributes significantly to your recovery process.
Diagnosis, Treatment, and Consultation
As an integral part of your treatment process, specialists from different branches are involved. You can benefit from radiology, physiotherapy, diabetes and nutrition counseling, as well as occupational therapy services.
Social Services
Our social services department supports you with questions regarding discharge planning or social issues related to your health condition. The social work team provides guidance and counseling for you and your relatives.
Spiritual Guidance
Upon your request, religious officials and spiritual counselors appointed by the Religious Affairs Directorate take the time to hold one-on-one meetings with you.
Rooms
All rooms in our hospital serve as private single rooms. You will be accommodated in a suitable room based on your insurance coverage, current availability, and medical necessities. All our rooms are equipped with a WC, shower, and hairdryer; towels and soap are provided.
