Genital PRP

About the Treatment Method

Genital PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is the process of centrifuging a tube of blood taken from the patient's own arm, separating the platelet cells rich in repairing and growth factors, and injecting them back into specific points in the genital area with micro-needles. This method, also known as the "O-Shot (Orgasm Shot)" in women; provides cellular renewal (rejuvenation) in the treatment of vaginal dryness, mild urinary incontinence, recurrent infections, orgasm difficulties, and tissue thinning during menopause.

Cellular Repair and Its Effects

Sexual function and tissue healing application with blood cells.
Is genital PRP also performed on men?

Yes. In men, it is known as the "P-Shot (Priapus Shot)". In early-stage erection problems, it is safely applied by urology specialists to certain areas of the penis to increase the capillary network in the penile tissue (angiogenesis), renew cells, and support sexual performance.

Is pain felt during the procedure?

Before the procedure, very strong local anesthetic (numbing) creams are applied to the application area. Since the injections are made with very fine insulin/mesotherapy needles, the pain sensation is at a minimum level. The procedure takes an average of 15-20 minutes.

When is the effect seen and how many sessions are required?

Collagen and vascular renewal (regeneration) in the tissues is a process that takes time. The effects generally begin to be felt after the first 3-4 weeks. Depending on the patient's needs, a protocol of 3 sessions with intervals of 3-4 weeks is mostly recommended, and the duration of the effect varies from person to person but continues for about 1-1.5 years.
