Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation (Doppler Hemorrhoid Treatment)

In classical surgery, hemorrhoid cushions are cut out with a scalpel or cautery, and this situation causes the patient excruciating pain for days while going to the toilet after the surgery. In the Doppler method, however, since "no tissue is cut" and the stitches are placed in a deep area where there are no pain nerves, postoperative pain is almost non-existent.

After the vessels are ligated, in the same session, the mucosal tissue sagging outward is suspended upward toward the intestinal wall with special stitches (Mucopexy). Thus, the sagging tissues instantly recover and return to their former anatomical position.

The procedure takes about 30 minutes, and patients are usually discharged on the same day or the next morning. Since tissue is not cut, the patient can easily go to the toilet even the day after the surgery and quickly return to work.
