Hypoxia Therapy (Intermittent Hypoxia)

About the Treatment Method

Intermittent Hypoxia (Intermittent Oxygen Deprivation) Therapy is a cellular training method in which "high mountain (altitude)" air (oxygen-reduced air) and then "sea level" air are inhaled in controlled periods through a personalized mask. Exposing the body to short-term oxygen deprivation stress renews the energy plants (mitochondria) of the cells, triggers stem cell production, relieves chronic fatigue, and speeds up the metabolism tremendously.

Cellular Renewal and High Altitude Effect

The use of hypoxia therapy on athletes and patients.

The procedure is carried out entirely with medical devices, making continuous measurements with oxygen sensors (SPO2) attached to your finger, and under expert supervision. The drop is kept within safe limits (between 80-85%), and immediately afterwards 100% oxygen is given to ensure that the cell "wakes up with a shock". It never creates a feeling of suffocation or shortness of breath.

This method, which was used in the past only to increase the endurance (red blood cells) of elite athletes, is rapidly becoming widespread today as a medical treatment for those suffering from shortness of breath after "Long Covid", those with sleep apnea, those unable to lose weight, in anti-aging programs, and to increase the lung capacity of asthma patients.
