About the Treatment Method
Hip Shaping Options
It is the most popular method. Excess fat in the patient's belly, waist, or back area is drawn with Liposuction (Vaser/Laser). While the waist is thinned to create an hourglass form, these extracted pure fats are put through a special process and injected into the upper and side parts of the buttocks, lifting the butt. Since no external silicone material is placed, it looks extremely natural.
About 30-40% of the injected fat cells are absorbed and melted by the body within the first few months. However, the remaining (adhered) 60% fat cells are permanently in the buttock area for life. If the patient gains weight, their buttocks will grow; if they lose weight, they will shrink.
If the patient is very thin and does not have enough fat in their body to inject into the buttocks (donor area), then volume is provided by using highly pressure-resistant special silicone prostheses placed right in the middle of the buttock fold (with a hidden incision).
Especially after the BBL (fat transfer) procedure, the patient is forbidden to sit with their full weight on their buttocks or to lie on their back for the first 2-3 weeks so that the injected fats are not crushed and killed. One lies face down, and when it is necessary to sit, "special BBL pillows" placed behind the thighs are used.
