Clear Aligner Treatment (Wireless Orthodontics)

About the Treatment Method

Clear aligner treatment (Invisalign, etc.) is the most popular orthodontic treatment in digital dentistry, using externally invisible, removable clear thermoplastic molds (aligners) custom-made for the patient using 3D printers based on their tooth measurements, instead of using traditional metal wires (brackets) to correct crowding, gaps, and jaw closure disorders in teeth.

Invisible and Comfortable Orthodontics

Advantages of using clear aligners over classic braces.
Is it as effective as classic braces (brackets)?

In the past, clear aligners were only used for very mild crookedness. However, thanks to the developing artificial intelligence planning today and tiny filling protrusions (attachments) glued onto the tooth; even very severe crowding, cases requiring tooth extraction, and jaw closure problems can be treated flawlessly with clear aligners just like classic braces.

How many hours a day do I have to wear them?

In order for the treatment to be successful, it is essential that the aligners remain on the teeth continuously day and night for an average of 20 to 22 hours a day, except during "eating and toothbrushing" times. The treatment progresses by the patient changing the aligners themselves generally every 7-10 days (moving on to the next tighter aligner).

What is its biggest advantage?

With classic braces, the patient is forbidden to eat hard foods (nuts, apples, acidic drinks) because they can break the braces, and it is difficult to clean between the wires. With clear aligners, you remove the aligner when sitting down to eat, freely eat whatever you want, brush your teeth, and put the aligner back on. Moreover, in social life and meetings, it is absolutely unnoticeable from the outside that you have braces on your teeth.
