Vaginal Tightening Operation (Vaginoplasty)

Laser tightening is non-surgical and is only effective in mild/moderate relaxations on the mucosal (membrane) surface. However, if the patient has very severe muscle separations (2-3 fingers wide) due to birth tears, or uterine or bladder prolapses, the laser does not work; it is mandatory to cut the muscles with a scalpel and sew them tightly together (physical reconstruction) via "Surgical Vaginoplasty".

Since all incision and stitching procedures of the surgery are performed inside the vagina, there is no visible aesthetic defect or scar from the outside. Since aesthetic threads that completely "dissolve on their own" are used in the procedure, there is no stitch removal process; the threads dissolve and fall out within 2-3 weeks.

In order for the stitches inside the vagina to fuse, the muscles to solidify, and the risk of infection to disappear, it is mandatory to observe sexual abstinence, avoid pools/sea, and not take tub baths for an average of 6 weeks (1.5 months) after the surgery. When sexual intercourse begins, a slight tension (dryness) may be felt for the first few times, but it completely naturalizes over time and the pleasure of the partners increases dramatically.
