It is a system that automatically balances intraocular pressure (IOP) during surgery by measuring it with real-time sensors. By preventing fluid fluctuations within the eye, it maintains anterior chamber stability at a perfect level and ensures a much safer operation.
It fragments the cataract using significantly less energy compared to conventional ultrasound systems. Because the energy is low and concentrated (INTREPID Balanced Tip), temperature increases in the tissue are prevented.
