Fractional Laser Device (CO2)

General Information About the Technology

The FraxiVa Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Fractional Laser is a highly versatile medical device operating at a 10600 nm wavelength, safely used in both dermatology and medical (cosmetic) gynecology. By causing thermal micro-injuries to the skin or vaginal mucosa, it rapidly triggers the tissue's self-renewal and collagen production.

Incision-Free Rejuvenation and Treatment

Application areas of the laser in skin, scars, and gynecological conditions.
For what purposes is it used in Gynecology?

It is specifically used to rejuvenate tissue in complaints such as vaginal relaxation (vaginal tightening) due to advancing age or childbirth, menopausal dryness, and mild/moderate urinary incontinence. It is also highly effective in eliminating darkening (whitening) in the external genital area.

Is the vaginal tightening procedure painful?

The procedure is performed on a gynecological examination table using a special laser probe in approximately 15-20 minutes. Because there is no surgical incision, it does not require anesthesia or narcosis; it is a completely painless and pain-free procedure. The patient can get up after the procedure and continue their daily life immediately.

How does it work in the treatment of moles, warts (HPV), and blemishes on the skin?

Thanks to the device's surgical head, HPV warts and skin tags are vaporized (burned) and cleared in a single session by simply applying local anesthesia to the area. No stitches are required. Additionally, using the fractional scanning head, acne scars, pregnancy stretch marks, and age spots on the skin are treated through peeling and renewal of the tissue.
