It is not a written exam, but a structured application conducted face-to-face with an expert. It consists of subtests such as verbal questions, picture arrangement, block design, and vocabulary. It takes between 1 and 2 hours depending on the individual's performance.
No. IQ tests do not measure a person's general knowledge level (school success), but rather how the brain generates solutions when faced with a new problem. Therefore, it is not possible to study or prepare for it in advance.
It is very important that the child has slept well, has a full stomach, and comes to the test with a rested mind. Illness, extreme stress, or lack of sleep can cause the test result to reflect lower than the individual's true capacity.
