Orientation and Adaptation Training
Our new colleagues are ensured to adapt quickly to the corporate culture and physical structure. In addition, mandatory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) trainings are completed during the onboarding process to create a safe working environment.
Communication, Patient Rights and Data Protection (KVKK)
In order to increase patient satisfaction, awareness trainings are provided on patient privacy and legal responsibilities under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), in addition to effective communication and body language trainings.

Emergency scenarios and code management are regularly reinforced with drills to ensure a safe environment in our hospital.
Emergency Codes Management
Scenario-based drills and trainings are organized for national color code systems such as White Code (Violence), Pink Code (Infant Safety), and Red Code (Fire) in order to manage potential crisis moments effectively in our hospital.
Basic Life Support and CPR
It is vital to keep life-saving interventions up to date. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support techniques to be applied in case of sudden cardiac arrest are given practically on mannequins to all our healthcare personnel.

Quality, Accreditation and Hospital Hygiene
Within the framework of Healthcare Quality Standards (SKS); trainings on infection control, medical waste management, and hospital cleaning/hygiene are repeated periodically to ensure the sustainability of the standards.
