Information Notice Regarding Security Cameras Located Inside and Outside Our Hospital
This information notice has been prepared by Çakırtepe Sağlık Hizmet ve Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Hospital”) in the capacity of data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Image recording is carried out by means of a total of 91 security cameras, 76 inside our hospital building and 15 outside the hospital, in order to ensure indoor and outdoor security, and the recording process is supervised by the IT department. The relevant records are kept securely in our company's IT department and are stored for a period of 5 months. No one from inside or outside the Hospital has access to the said data other than the specified department, it is not transferred to any person or institution unless requested by judicial authorities or law enforcement forces, and it is destroyed at the end of the specified period.
The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal grounds of "being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" and "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" stipulated in Article 5 of the Law. If the said legal grounds disappear, your personal data will be destroyed in accordance with the relevant legislation.
The personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement forces to resolve legal disputes or upon request per the relevant legislation.
You may submit all your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the data subject, in writing to the address of Çakırtepe Sağlık Hizmet ve Turizm Tic. Ltd.
