MOBILE APP PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE

This "Mobile App Privacy Policy" explains how personal and sensitive health data of users are collected, used, protected, and processed during the use of the "Çakırtepe Hastanesi" (com.cakirtepehastanesi.app) mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by Çakırtepe Sağlık Hizmet ve Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti.

Our app is developed to allow our patients and users to safely track their health status on their personal devices. Accordingly, user privacy and data security are our highest priorities.

2. HEALTH DATA DISCLOSURE (COLLECTION)

Our app accesses and collects the following Health Data via its "Health Assistant" module to monitor the user's health status:

• Health Connect Data: With the user's explicit consent, the App connects to Google Health Connect to retrieve daily Step Count and Sleep Duration data.
• Manually Entered Health Data: The App collects manually recorded data, including Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Weight, Body Temperature, Water Intake, and Last Menstrual Period (LMP) for pregnancy tracking.
• Medical Records: The App processes manually added laboratory results (Cholesterol, Iron, Vitamin D), Medications (Dose and Time), and Doctor Appointments.

3. PURPOSE OF USING HEALTH DATA

All collected Health Data is processed SOLELY to provide core health features within the App. This data is used for:

• Generating in-app activity rings, health progress charts, and analysis screens to provide visual health summaries.
• Sending local notifications (alarms) to the user's device for scheduled medication times and upcoming hospital appointments.
• Storing water intake and manual measurements locally to allow users to compare historical health metrics.

The App DOES NOT use this sensitive health data for advertising, marketing, targeting, or tracking purposes.

4. DATA STORAGE, SHARING, AND SECURITY

Our app strictly adheres to the "Local Storage" principle for data security:

• Where Data is Stored: Both data retrieved from Health Connect and manually entered medical data are encrypted and stored locally ONLY on the user's mobile device (via SharedPreferences).
• No Data Transfer: This health data is NEVER TRANSFERRED OR SAVED to our remote servers, cloud systems, or third-party databases.
• No Third-Party Sharing: No Health Data collected via the App is sold, rented, or shared with third parties, data brokers, or other organizations.

5. PERMISSION MANAGEMENT AND DATA DELETION

Users have full control over their data:

• Users can revoke Health Connect or physical activity permissions at any time via their device's "Settings > Apps" menu. Once revoked, the App's access is immediately terminated.
• Because health data is stored locally, when the App is completely uninstalled from the device, all saved health data, appointments, and medication reminders are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Any specific health record can also be deleted manually at any time within the "Health Assistant" panel of the App.
